Description:
House Alkyoni is located right in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, not even 20 meters from the sea on a small side street rarely used by cars. To the harbour - somehow the centre - you'll walk not more than 2 minutes.
All five apartments are built in Maisonette-style and are tastefully and generously equipped. Each apartment can sleep up to 4 people - all apartments are fully air conditioned.
In fact the house is in two separate buildings, of which one includes three apartments facing directly the sea, the other half is opposite - however also from the balconies there one can enjoy sea and mountain views.
Between both buildings a small yard provides access to all apartments.
In the upper floor you'll find the comfortable sleeping room with double bed plus own balcony and the modern bathroom with shower/bath.
In the ground floor the living room with integrated kitchen offers two more sleeping possibilities, there is a second balcony and a small toilet room.
Overall these apartments are equipped very comfortably, also in the kitchen nothing is missing. Bed linen and towels are changed on a regular basis.
