Description:
Belonging to the same owner as the "Villa Ilios" and in direct neighbourhood to it you will find the "Asteria Apartments" at the southern edge of Agios Dimitrios. This house offers four 3-room apartments - one of them with open fireplace.
All 3-room apartments have a spacious living room with integrated very well equipped kitchen and eating niche (picture). There are two separated sleeping rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. All in all this apartment can accommodate until 5 people as there is another sleeping possibility on an extra bed in the living room.
All apartments are very comfortably equipped. The kitchen has a big fridge with freezer, an electric stove with oven and fume-chamber and everything else needed for self-catering. Even a coffe maker...
The apartments in the ground floor got both a big, shady veranda. In the upper floor they have each one big balcony at the side of the building and another smaller balcony towards the sea.
Sunbeds are provided, there is a place for barbecue with a traditional wood-fired oven and the children can play on the playground.
The next tavern and the next beach (Pantazi) is at about 1km, if you want to visit Agios Nikolaos with more tavernas and shops you need to count about 2,5kms. Stoupa is about 6kms far.
From each apartment you can enjoy the splendid views over the garden onto the sea which is not even 50 meters away. Below the garden the owner built a facility with ladders to swim in this rocky bay.
Of course all apartments got their own bathroom with shower.

We stated at this location in 2003. It was August and very hot! But what a holiday. It was fantastic. Peaceful and so relaxing. So much so that we may well return one day either for a long term rental or even to live in the area between here and Stoupa.
We stayed there through a company 'Simply', but now I have found this who knows next time?
