Description:
The two villas from the same owner as the Skafidakia Apartments are located outside Agios Nikolaos in the middle of the olive groves. Far enough from the street so it won't disturb but maximum 10 minutes by feet from the sea.
Each house consists of a studio for 2-3 people in the first floor and a spacious 2-room apartment in the ground floor. The garden around the houses invites to rest and one can park his car inside the fenced property.
All apartments have a well equipped kitchenette, a nice bathroom and are over all comfortably equipped - including air conditioning and wide terraces.
The 2-room apartments have each an open fire place and are like that also very comfortable for a stay in winter.
