Through the apartment's wide windows and large balconies, there are commanding views of the village's fishing harbour, its small bay and beach as well as wider vistas across the Bay of Messinia to the peninsula of Methoni and the legendary Taygetus mountains and to the edge of the horizon where the sea meets the sky.
There are two main rooms, two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The main room is air-conditioned.
The apartment is centrally located with a minute's walk to the sea and shops that lie below it and the magnificent walks and day trips for which the area is famous. It is completely private and has its own entrance.
With pre-arrangement, dinners can be served on one of the panoramic balconies from where the setting sun lays a carpet of gold along the distant sky.
From the apartment, you will feel like an Olympian god looking down on the deeply-lit, lush colours that are Greece in the summer, a fantasyland that we dreamt of as children.
