Description:
This house is at the southern edge of the neighbouring village of Agios Nikolaos in the middle of an olive grove with a pretty fenced garden.There are 3 double rooms, a living/kitchen room, a small living room which opens onto the kitchen, a fireplace and bath as well as balcony and terrace.
In the garden is a small cottage for 2 persons with a small kitchen and bath.
Both houses can be rented separately or together, the whole year round. However, only the small cottage is heated and cooled by its air conditioning.
The centre of the village is only a few minutes away on foot. Here you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, souvenir shops, fishing harbour and several restaurants and cafes. The stone beach is on the way to the village and a sandy beach is about 1 km away.
