Built according to feng shui concepts and finished in spring 2007 this luxury Villa is located in Stoupa on the rocks right above the sea and less than 5 minutes walking distance from the sandy beaches. A perfect place for your honeymoon or your wedding anniversary!

The villa consists of one sleeping room, the large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area.
The villa sleeps two adults, younger children could sleep on the foldable couch in the living room.
The house has two large verandas and is surrounded by a natural garden with sitting possibilities under the trees.

The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with hydro-massage and there is a washing machine whith dryer.
In the living room there is a mini home theatre with plasma tv for music and other media. A sefety deposit box is provided.
Outdoors is a jacuzzi for 2 persons.

If wanted there is a daily maid service and upon request traditional breakfast, lunch or dinner can be prepared in the villa at an additional cost.
When staying longer than 3 days the transfer from Kalamata airport is included.

Located directly beside the Villa Pelagia is from 20.6.2008 a second Villa available which provides the same high standard but with its three bedrooms the villa is suitable for up to 6 persons. Price for the high season is 500.-- EUR/night.
