Hi folks, has anybody been to these and can give me an honest opinion on what they are like, I believe that they are just a couple of kilometres north of Mythoni but that is the only info I have..

Re: Catacombes at Mythoni..
Thanks for resurrecting this post - I went to have a look last week and they're very interesting. They're a short climb up from the road. They're fenced off but we managed to squeeze round the edge of the fence (you can barely see anything from behind the fence). There's a very deep cistern close to them (which may be reason for the fence) so be careful. There are some very faint wall paintings and human bones in one of the catacombs. Worth a look if you're nearby. We parked by a little church on the right just before the one way fork in the road as you approach Mythoni - just before the turning for Finikounda - and walked up the track by the church.
