Thanks for the cooking pointers Bandit.... very pertinent and useful in these economically challenging times.
Just a quick question on cooking times though please? I'm not so quick on my feet as I used to be as the city cats are nimbler on their feet, so I have to resort to using road-kill cats as they're easier to get round here.
So as they've been tenderised, do I halve the cooking time? :roll:

Maybe, but I think, the road dirt might spoil the taste :shock:
(*shudder*, and that says me who prefers cats alive at home in the craddle :? ;) )
