Party time

Post by TheOtherPaul » Sat Apr 11, 2015 11:16 pm

Fireworks, people carrying torches, packed car park... must be a party in Agios Nikolaos tonight. Whereas I'm on the late shift in the office of a Sunday newspaper (the Observer, since you ask) and it's pretty quiet. Mine's an ouzo … at the end of June

How very silly of me to forget. The Church of England doesn't go in for fireworks, though. Apparently very large fireworks on BBC coverage.
